Relations entre acheteur et vendeur : les catalyseurs d’une confiance durable

Abstract

Le rôle de la confiance dans le maintien et la continuité des relations en B to B a été établi ; en revanche, la compréhension de son évolution au cours de la relation acheteur/vendeur reste problématique pour les industriels. Tenant compte des principales phases de la relation acheteur/vendeur, cette étude qualitative, réalisée auprès d'acheteurs dans plusieurs secteurs industriels, met au jour la métamorphose de la nature et des déterminants de la confiance. Elle suggère une meilleure organisation de la force de vente, une adaptation du profil des vendeurs aux différentes étapes de la relation et des actions ciblées pour maintenir durablement un niveau de confiance élevé.
