Abstract

Cette rubrique est une réponse à celle écrite par Jean-François Notebaert, intitulée « La relation client sur Internet, les banques mettent leurs clients au travail », et publiée dans le n°55 de Décisions Marketing (Juil.-Sept. 2009, p. 73 à 76). C'est la première fois que nous publions ainsi une telle « réponse ». Dans ce cas précis, cela nous a semblé judicieux de le faire puisque le tout s'inscrivait bien dans le caractère de la Rubrique « A propos de », en plus d'être constructif. Nous ne le ferons pas systématiquement. Mais c'est une approche qui, à l'avenir, pourrait être considérée, lorsque l'apport de la réponse nous paraîtra apporter de la valeur à la réflexion sur le sujet traité.
