Abstract

Ce chapitre renvoie à l'analyse du rapport salarial et à la description des formes prises par la relation salariale dans les entreprises marocaines eu égard à l'orientation marché domestique/marché externe. L'analyse prend appui sur une série d'hypothèses relatives à l'évolution, dans un contexte de mondialisation, des formes de régulation du rapport salarial, aux modalités de gestion des ressources humaines (recrutement, formation, carrières, etc.), à la formation des salaires, aux modes d'organisation du travail, aux dispositifs institutionnels de codification des relations de travail, etc.
