Abstract

Ce texte est organisé de la manière suivante. Après une introduction qui aborde la question de la gestion des connaissances, il aborde successivement : les fondements de la gestion stratégique de la connaissance (la gestion stratégique de la connaissance comme avantage concurrentiel, la gestion de la connaissance comme projet d'harmonie organisationnelle face à l'ambiguïté organisationnelle) ; les systèmes de gestion de la connaissance (panorama des approches en matière de gestion de la connaissance, les systèmes technologiques de gestion de la connaissance, les systèmes sociotechniques, les systèmes humains de la gestion de la connaissance), un focus sur le système d'information stratégique (SIS) (les fondements du SIS : la tension « exploitation-exploration », l'intelligence économique, les mod les d'anal se théoriques de l'intelligence économique) ; un focus sur l'ambidextrie organisationnelle ; un focus sur la norme ISO 30401/2018 : « Système de management des connaissances » (source ISO) ; un focus sur le Middle Management ; un focus sur la transformation organisationnelle ; un focus sur l'Investigation Appréciative (Appreciative Inquiry).
