Abstract

Cette étude a pour objectif d'identifier les principales compétences attendues en logistique et SCM. Elle s'inscrit dans un projet de recherche plus large visant à appréhender la gestion des ressources humaines dans la logistique. Un questionnaire a été administré à 156 Supply Chain (SC) managers (ou managers logistiques). Cette étude est issue de la partie qualitative de notre questionnaire qui concerne les principales compétences mises en avant par les répondants. Les résultats soulignent l'importance des compétences relationnelles et personnelles dans le métier de la logistique et du Supply Chain Management (SCM). Ils révèlent également l'existence d'un socle de compétences indispensables à la réalisation des missions du SC managers, notamment la rigueur, la communication, l'écoute et la maîtrise des systèmes d'information. Cette étude enrichit les précédentes recherches menées sur ce sujet en France et à l'international. Elle fait écho à l'étude actuellement menée par l'ASLOG (Association Française de la LOGistique et du SCM) sur les compétences logistiques.
