Abstract

Cette recherche qualitative, basée sur l'analyse de 54 entretiens semi-directifs et de documents, propose une piste d'interprétation de la mise en place d'un dispositif de contrôle de gestion en s'appuyant sur le modèle du contrôle capacitant. Les résultats révèlent l'importance de la notion de « dialogue » en contrôle capacitant. Elle porte sur l'organisation publique « Coopération », qui opère dans le monde entier, et a introduit un contrôle de gestion sur-mesure à partir de 2006.
