Abstract

La systémique comme jalon et rhétorique en sciences de gestion Résumé Prenant acte des nombreuses références effectuées à la systémique en sciences de gestion, ce texte possède pour ambition d'en proposer les attendus. Après avoir présenté les contours du modèle systémique de l'organisation, il en propose une approche chronologique au regard des « jalons » du domaine avant de détailler les apports de J. Mélèse et de J.-L. Le Moigne, compte tenu d'un focus sur la notion de « boite noire » avant de préciser les apports de M. Crozier & E. Friedberg puis de conclure sur le connexionnisme et les réseaux neuro-mimétiques comme forme contemporaine de la modélisation systémique.
