Abstract

Ce dossier thématique ne cherche pas à dresser un bilan complet des expériences progressistes dans l'Amérique latine des années 2000-2015. Il vise plutôt à regarder les enseignements que l'on peut en tirer sous trois angles différents de la politique économique : les dimensions cardinales du pouvoir, l'appétit pour l'expérimentation et l'indispensable vision structurelle et de long terme en matière d'élaboration de politiques économiques et sociales.
