Abstract

La division internationale du travail est soumise depuis les années 90 de façon saillante à une histoire plus large soit : « un affranchissement momentané et circonscrit aux droits communs » (Mercier, 2007), qui permet ou soumet des individus à d'autres règles formelles ou informelles, à d'autres régulations. Dans ce contexte d'émergence de territoires transnationaux, les deux traits de caractérisation majeurs de cette régionalisation des économies sont la recomposition des formes de travail et l'articulation des secteurs formels et informels. D'une part donc, de nouvelles formes de travail cherchent pour ainsi dire « par le haut » à enfermer la main d'oeuvre dans une corvéabilité sans fin en l'insérant dans une division du travail de plus en plus fine et multi-territorialisée. D'autre part, une informalisation du formel, ou tout du moins une articulation de plus en plus serrée du formel et de l'informel, qui permet plus que jamais la circulation de la main d'oeuvre, des marchandises et des capitaux.
