Abstract

Cette recherche ethnographique s'intéresse aux consommateurs des circuits courts alimentaires (CCA) et met en lumière à travers le cadre de l'expérience de consommation, six dimensions de cette expérience d'approvisionnement. Les résultats de cette immersion dans de multiples CCA révèlent une quête de réenchantement à travers ces courses ordinaires, autour de la spiritualité, de l'hédonisme alternatif ou encore de l'empowerment.
