Abstract

Le mérite insigne dont il faut créditer la mise en débat du modèle de croissance est d'avoir contribué à rompre le silence sur la détérioration persistante de la conjoncture économique d'ensemble et donné lieu à des exercices de recommandations d'actions à conduire. Think tanks et autres experts ou représentants d'organisations professionnelles s'adonnent de plus en plus à cet exercice. A examiner les multiples mesures prônées, force est de pointer qu'elle déroge aux modalités rigoureuses que sollicite la réflexion sur un "nouveau modèle de développement".
