Abstract

Dans ce chapitre, nous proposons d'intégrer la littérature récente sur les méthodes mixtes à une recherche en gestion des ressources humaines (GRH). L'objectif est de présenter une étude empirique en GRH à partir de l'adaptation du protocole « multiniveaux mixte » issu de la typologie de Tashakkori et Teddlie (2010), et du cadre explicatif de la mise en œuvre des méthodes proposé par Molina-Azorin (2012). Cette méthode nous permet d'expliquer et de comprendre les effets de trois pratiques organisationnelles sur le bien-être au travail (satisfaction et santé au travail), suite à la mise en place d'une organisation performante dans le domaine industriel de la production allégée (lean production). Nous discutons des résultats et des implications pour la recherche autour des méthodes mixtes en gestion des ressources humaines.
