Abstract

Cette thèse propose une étude de cas pour évaluer les effets systémiques des dispositifs managériaux de responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE). Outre le principe de « double-effet », l'enjeu est également d'intégrer le fait que ces dispositifs affectent d'autres acteurs que les bénéficiaires initialement ciblés, et plus généralement toute la structure sociale. Cette thèse élabore donc une méthodologie adéquate, d'une part en s'appropriant de façon raisonnée le cadre heuristique IAD-SES (« systèmes socio-écologiques ») et d'autre part en l'appliquant à l'étude des dispositifs RSE dans le secteur de la banane au Cameroun. La thèse montre ainsi que, au-delà des effets positifs constatés, ces dispositifs RSE concourent à reproduire, voire renforcer, les causes structurelles des problèmes qu'ils entendaient corriger.
