Abstract

Le monde pharmaceutique n'échappe pas à la mutation de l'environnement de santé, de ses aspects règlementaire et technologique qui viennent percuter son fonctionnement. Dans ce contexte, le Pharmacien doit développer de nouvelles compétences pour assurer sa légitimité et son employabilité. Cette communication reprend des cas de recherches-interventions en milieu hospitalier afin d'apporter une dynamique prospective au management des compétences pharmaceutiques ; la démarche de changement socio-économique et l'utilisation de grilles de compétences contribuent à prioriser les activités historiques à déléguer ou conserver et les activités futures à valeur ajoutée qu'il faudra sans doute développer
