Abstract

La proximité est devenue un sujet d'actualité dans le commerce depuis quelques années. Plusieurs études ont notamment porté sur la proximité dans les achats alimentaires, appliquées aux circuits courts ou aux libres-services de proximité. Différentes dimensions ont été identifiées mais avec des définitions ou des opérationnalisations parfois différentes. L'objectif de cet article est tout d'abord de revenir sur les dimensions de la proximité à travers une analyse transdisciplinaire, puis de recenser les dimensions utilisées en matière d'achats alimentaires pour proposer une segmentation plus synthétique opposant proximité temporelle et proximité atemporelle. La proximité temporelle est déclinée en proximité d'accès et fonctionnelle et la proximité atemporelle en proximité relationnelle et de similitude.
