Abstract

Être bien dans son poste est source d'efficacité et il est possible de bien vivre en entreprise sans peurs/craintes ni contraintes. Ce livre se veut d'un accès facile et positif. Il présente 30 cas vécus et 100 mots pour comprendre les maux de l'entreprise. En analysant ces tranches de vie, il donne des points de repère, invite à la réflexion et propose d'autres regards sur des situations quotidiennes parfois conflictuelles. Vous y trouverez des pistes de solutions concrètes et de développement. Les auteurs sont partis de faits réels ; ils les ont travaillés en équipe et apportent des points de vue colorés de leurs expériences professionnelles très différentes (indépendants, dirigeants, ingénieurs, universitaires, sportifs de compétition…). « Cet ouvrage est construit comme un hypertexte, c'est une invitation à butiner et un itinéraire pédagogique. Il ne donne pas de recettes, il fournit des points de repère pour cheminer vers sa propre solution. Il invite le lecteur à la réflexion et montre comment prendre de la distance et de la hauteur vis-à-vis des problèmes pour mieux les résoudre.
