Abstract

Quelle est la position du psychologue auprès des entreprises lorsqu'il recrute des candidats ? La prise en compte du facteur "humain" a modifié les pratiques de recrutement. Est-ce à dire que les tests, dans leur dimension quantitative, sont délaissés, au profit de méthodes plus fines, qualitatives ? En fait, le psychologue peut intervenir à tous les niveaux du recrutement et assigner aux tests une place spécifique : conforter l'entretien ou au contraire éclairer certaines distorsions. Mais le psychologue d'entreprise n'est-il pas conduit, plus qu'un autre, à satisfaire des exigences d'ordre commercial ? Cet impératif ne signifie cependant pas qu'aucune déontologie ne préside à la conduite du recrutement... Elle en constituerait plutôt la condition "sine qua non".
