Abstract

La segmentation des salariés apparaît à première vue comme un acte technique permettant de constituer des groupes homogènes, de manière à leur appliquer des règles adaptées à l'intention de gestion. Mobilisant les données d'une enquête portant sur les entretiens de 33 dirigeants, l'article identifie de nouveaux critères de segmentation (en particulier génération et talent) venant se substituer aux critères traditionnels de classification des emplois et de qualification des personnes. Il analyse ensuite les stratégies discursives par lesquelles cette opération est légitimée et les effets qu'elles produisent.
