Abstract

Questo articolo analizza le relazioni tra la Svizzera e l'UE seguendo la struttura portante dell'integrazione non adesiva elvetica. La prima sezione riassume sessant'anni di relazioni intense e proble-matiche tra le parti. La seconda sviluppa l'analisi di queste relazioni mostrando che l'integrazione non adesiva della Svizzera all'UE appare efficace ma è sottoposta a diverse tensioni. La terza sezione immagina l'evoluzione del modello di integrazione non adesiva nel prossimo futuro.
