Abstract

Le mentoring de carrière est davantage plébiscité par les entreprises. Or, la littérature omet de considérer son rôle dans le développement du capital de carrière. Cet article met en avant deux formes de réflexivité appuyées par le mentoring: une auto-réflexivité et une réflexivité critique. Cette réflexivité constitue une nouvelle compétence de carrière, pour la mentee, assurant l'interaction et la combinaison des compétences de son capital de carrière.
