Abstract

Il était une fois l'Afrique dont la marraine était la bonne fée Chine qui, à coups de sa baguette magique que tous appelaient "Investissement", aiderait sa filleule à se développer au mieux et pour le bonheur de tous. L'histoire est belle, elle nous remplit d'espérances, mais donne-t-elle pour autant un reflet fidèle de la réalité ? C'est la question que nous posons dans cette brève note.
