Reforma a ekonomický přechod v Československu

Abstract

U tohoto kulatého stolu 10. března 1992 bylo stanoveno za cíl zhodnotit uplynulý rok, během něhož byly v Československu zaváděny radikální ekonomické reformy. Bernard Chavance (EHESS) zastává teorii, podle níž neexistuje obecná teorie transformačních fenoménů. Je podle něj potřeba vypracovat politickou ekonomiku systémové transformace založenou na historických zkušenostech s přechodem k modernímu kapitalismu. Miroslav Hrnčíř (ČSAV) se zabývá československou měnovou politikou, která podle něj nerozlučně souvisí s kontextem přechodu k monetární ekonomice. Podle něj je tedy nutné vzít tuto specifičnost v úvahu, aby bylo možno prozkoumat konjunkturální hospodářské výkyvy v zemi. J. Izáková (VŠE) analyzuje federální rozpočtovou politiku ve světle radikálních liberalizačních reforem v devadesátých letech. V. Klusoň (ČSAV) se zajímá o komplexní problematiku restituce podniků a fenoménu privatizace, který s ní úzce souvisí. J. Štouračová (IRREE) pokládá otázku integrace Československa do světového trhu, přičemž zdůrazňuje nízký stupeň otevřenosti a nejrůznější překážky v konkurenceschopnosti. K. Janáček (ČSAV) analyzuje společenský dopad radikální ekonomické reformy, zejména ve smyslu nárůstu míry nezaměstnanosti a poklesu spotřeby v důsledku spoření.
