Abstract

Cette communication examine la mobilisation des personnes au travail dans un contexte post- changement, observée lors d'une recherche-intervention menée dans une entreprise française de commercialisation de produits pétroliers. Elle suggère que les collaborateurs sont capables de se mobiliser suite à des transformations organisationnelles auxquelles ils n'ont pas forcément adhéré et qui leur ont été imposées. Ce, même si le contexte organisationnel et managérial, la qualité du management et la mise en œuvre des pratiques dites mobilisatrices ne s'y prêtent pas. Cette étude montre également que la mobilisation est un phénomène complexe aux déterminants multiples, multiplicateurs et compensatoires.
