Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociale est à la fois un vaste champ disciplinaire et un ensemble de pratiques ayant pour objet-de contribuer au développement de la performance de l'entreprise-de décloisonner des savoirs hyperspécialisés-de construire le bien-être des parties prenantes internes/externes des organisations, dans un contexte où les acteurs rivalisent de talent pour faire triompher leurs différences dans leurs territoires respectifs. Les nombreuses études empiriques, les colloques, les ouvrages consacrés à la RSE témoignent de l'intérêt grandissant porté à la richesse de ces différences. Ce numéro 14 de Management et Sciences Sociales est composé majoritairement d'articles sélectionnés parmi les contributions au congrès 2013 à Brest de l'ADERSE (association pour le Développement de l'Enseignement et de la Recherche en Responsabilité Sociale). Ces articles, dans leur singularité, possèdent une caractéristique commune, celle de traiter de la RSE dans les PME.
