Abstract

RESUME Malgré son intérêt stratégique pour la gestion des organisations dans un environnement de plus en plus compétitif, la question du management des connaissances reste relativement limitée et manque de supports empiriques convaincants. C'est pourquoi nous nous proposons, dans cette communication, de survoler l'ensemble des résultats des recherches portant sur les différentes approches du management des connaissances afin de positionner et de mettre en perspective les activités et les dimensions du management des connaissances qui en découlent pour les entreprises. Cette communication suggère un axe de progrès, propose de développer des initiatives selon quatre grandes orientations. En particulier, il nous semble que la question du management des connaissances a très peu fait l'objet de travaux empiriques, les recherches se limitant à l'étude des transferts de technologies 2. En effet, l'objet de notre étude implique un niveau d'analyse original au vu des différents travaux portant sur le sujet et réalisés dans des pays développés.
