Abstract

Les entreprises affirment de plus en plus leur responsabilité sociale mais cette RSE (Responsabilité sociétale des entreprises) est peu connue alors qu'elle est un enjeu croissant, suscitant propositions et controverses dans les milieux économiques et sociaux, et aussi académiques où la RSE est un objet de recherches pluridisciplinaires. Ce livre, issu de séminaires organisés pour les acteurs de la Plateforme nationale RSE, présente des questions-clés (finalités de l'entreprise ? conceptions de la RSE et dilemmes à arbitrer ? rôle du droit ? rapport entre compétitivité et RSE ?) éclairant les choix des dirigeants d'entreprise, de leurs conseils et des décideurs publics. Il apporte aussi des éléments de compréhension aux acteurs syndicaux et de la société civile et constitue un outil de travail utile aux étudiants et chercheurs.
