Abstract

Les couloirs du parlement ne sont pas occupés que par des politiciens affairés autour d'un café ou de l'édition du matin de la NZZ, entre deux votes en plénum. De nombreux groupes d'intérêts, collaborateurs personnels et conseillers spécialisés peuplent ce microcosme coloré. Chaque parlementaire a en effet la possibilité d'accréditer deux personnes de son choix pour l'accompagner dans les secteurs non publics du Palais Fédéral1. Dans les faits, qu'en est-il ? Qui invite qui ? Comment se dessinent les affinités entre politiciens, collaborateurs et lobbies ? Cet article propose une visualisation expérimentale des données publiques de la Confédération suisse.
