Abstract

Réunies le 28 mars, les Assises de l'actionnariat salarié ont fait le point sur les lois de 2013 et 2015 qui ont ouvert les conseils d'administration des grandes entreprises privées aux représentants des salariés et un bilan en a été tiré. A cette occasion, Virgile Chassagnon, professeur à l'université Grenoble-Alpes, et Pierre Victoria, représentant (CFDT) des salariés au conseil d'administration de Veolia, ont adressé une tribune au "Monde" dans laquelle ils militent pour une nouvelle démocratie d'entreprise.
