Abstract

Les problématiques de temps de travail cristallisent des enjeux de santé et d'efficacité économique dont la relation appelle à être construite dans une perspective servicielle. La conception taylorienne du temps de travail et le modèle industriel qui la soutient n'apparaissent plus pertinents au regard des mutations économiques et des formes de mobilisation de l'activité dans le travail. A partir d'une approche méthodologique réflexive entre l'intervention et la recherche fondée sur une expérience d'accompagnement du secteur de la propreté en France, nous proposons d'apporter des éléments d'analyse soulignant l'enjeu de repenser une économie du temps soutenue par de nouveaux cadres de références, en économie et dans les sciences du travail, en cohérence avec les spécificités et les dynamiques de création de valeur dans les activités de service.
