Panorama économique de l'espace eurasiatique

Abstract

Cet article se focalise sur les développements les plus récents des trajectoires économiques des douze pays de la région d'"Eurasie post-soviétique" (onze membres de la CEI, plus la Géorgie) et en particulier sur les formes prises par l'intégration économique régionale. Du point de vue de l'intégration, les années 2011 et 2012 auront été marquées par la progression de l'Union douanière promue par la Russie, qui a abouti à la création d'un espace économique commun réunissant la Russie, le Kazakhstan et la Biélorussie dans un contexte de croissance économique recouvrée. Cette période marque aussi la fin d'un cycle électoral dans plusieurs pays de la région dont la Russie, ce qui n'a pas manqué d'influencer certains choix de politique économique.
