La gestion durable de la PME en hypercroissance, entre pratiques stratégiques paradoxales et logique dominante

Abstract

Les PME en croissance rapide sont un atout pour le développement économique d'une région ou d'un pays. Les pays latins comptent un nombre important de ces gazelles en hypercroissance. S'inscrivant dans la lignée de Levie et Lichtenstein (2010), et étudiant par des méthodes triangulées un cas emblématique d'une PME en forte croissance , Chanut-Guieu, Guieu et Tannery proposent de comprendre la création d'une stratégie d'hypercroissance comme la combinaison de quatre dynamiques combinant logique dominante et stratégies paradoxales : soutenir le rythme de croissance, étendre l'espace stratégique de l'entreprise, configurer l'hypercroissance, transformer la pensée du dirigeant. Le dirigeant, alors qualifié d'entrepreneur stratégique, joue un rôle central dans cette combinaison. Chaque dynamique nécessaire à la création d'une stratégie d'hyper croissance repose sur deux leviers complémentaires : la définition d'une logique dominante pour assurer des stabilisations, des pratiques stratégiques paradoxales pour provoquer régulièrement des déstabilisations.
