Abstract

Le nombre de dessertes est au cœur du débat actuel sur le projet de ligne à grande vitesse Sud Europe Atlantique (SEA) Tours-Bordeaux. Or la seule prise en compte du nombre total de dessertes ne permet pas de répondre aux besoins des différents acteurs du projet. En effet, cet indicateur n'est pas suffisant pour une évaluation pertinente de l'offre de transport. L'étude de l'accessibilité demande une estimation simultanée de l'offre et de la demande de transport. L'élaboration d'un indicateur pertinent d'analyse de l'accessibilité doit nécessairement prendre en compte le programme d'activités des individus, à l'origine de leur déplacement.
