La crise du lien social

Abstract

Le lien social est mis à mal par la société moderne. Aux formes traditionnelles de solidarité s'en sont substituées de nouvelles. Celles-ci ont elles-mêmes été remises en cause par la crise économique des années 1970 et par les mutations sociétales qui l'ont accompagnée ou qui en ont découlé. Le lien social n'a pas disparu, mais il se manifeste sous des formes diversifiées et renouvelées. Si "crise" du lien social il y a, il faut en préciser le sens et la portée et montrer en quoi l'évolution du lien social peut s'interpréter comme une crise. En d'autres termes, il convient de caractériser cette dernière, c'est-à-dire d'indiquer ce que l'on entend précisément par "crise" : s'agit-il d'une rupture, d'un délitement ou d'une dissolution du lien social ?".
