Firme (-réseau) et relations de pouvoir : une analyse théorique

Abstract

Partant d'une critique de la théorie du noeud de contrats, cet article met en exergue les fondements ontologiques de la firme comme entité réelle. La portée théorique de cette représentation « réaliste » de la firme transparait clairement dans l'analyse de la firme-réseau. Le rôle unificateur des relations de pouvoir intra-réseau est explicité. Une discussion mêlant considérations juridiques et réalités économiques est également proposée afin de circonscrire les implications juridico-économiques qui découlent de l'émergence de cette entité complexe.
