Abstract

Pourquoi l'Etat a-t-il s'est-il engagé dans la déréglementation ? 30 ans après le début de ce mouvement, quel bilan peut-on en tirer ? Ce sont les deux questions auxquelles Yves Crozet, professeur d'économie à l'université de Lyon et directeur du Laboratoire d'économie des transports (LET) cherche à répondre dans cet article, en se concentrant sur l'exemple des industries de réseau (énergie, télécommunication, transports, etc.), secteurs emblématiques de la déréglementation.
