Abstract

Depuis la loi du 2 janvier 2002 rendant obligatoire la mise en œuvre de démarches d'amélioration continue de la qualité au sein des établissements et services, le secteur social et médico-social se familiarise peu à peu avec les démarches de changement. Le concept de Responsabilité Sociale des Etablissements (RSE) et des services vient enrichir le processus qualité en écoutant et en s'adressant à toutes les parties prenantes de manière à répondre à leurs attentes en termes économiques, écologiques, sociaux et sociétaux sans se limiter aux personnes accueillies. La mission même du secteur semble toute entière tournée vers l'esprit de la RSE. Dans ce contexte, cette recherche exploratoire a pour ambition d'identifier les représentations que se font les cadres et dirigeants d'établissements et services sociaux et médico-sociaux des leviers qui poussent à mettre en œuvre une stratégie RSE.
