Abstract

Ce livre blanc est le versant scientifique du nouveau projet d'école qui se met au service de la société en oeuvrant pour le développement d'une économie responsable fondée sur un modèle de gouvernance durable de l'entreprise capitaliste. Il présente de manière synthétique et pédagogique une partie des résultats de recherche obtenus au cours des deux dernières années en la matière et est organisé en dix chapitres complémentaires qui contribuent à renouveler les débats portant sur les leviers de performances économique, sociale et environnementale. Forte de cet ancrage intellectuel particulier, l'attention porte au sein du laboratoire ESDES Recherche sur la proposition de jalons permettant d'éclairer le chemin d'un "capitalisme raisonnable", qui serait caractérisé par l'adoption d'une vision de l'entreprise comme un "bien commun" d'une part, et par l'analyse de la création de valeur ajoutée partagée dans l'entreprise d'autre part. Ces deux aspects servent de manière durable les intérêts de l'entreprise comme acteur collectif.
