Co-évolution des territoires et de la technologie : une perspective institutionnaliste

Abstract

Comme les technologies, les territoires sont révélés ou produits lors de processus interactifs générant la création de ressources nouvelles. Ces processus sont des processus d'innovation caractérisés par des expérimentations, des essais, des erreurs et tâtonnements. Les territoires comme les technologies apparaissent dans cette optique comme les résultats de ces processus (et non comme des ressources disponibles). Cette contribution suggère les éléments d'une lecture institutionnaliste des processus de co-évolution du territoire et de la technologie et pose la question clé de la viabilité des processus de création de ressources nouvelles.
