La transformation de l’économie tchèque et la situation sur le marché du travail : des tendances contradictoires

Abstract

La transformation de l'économie tchèque en une économie de marché a donné naissance - pour la première fois depuis cinquante ans - à un phénomène nouveau: le chômage. Dans cette étude, l'auteur montre que l'évolution actuelle du marché du travail se distingue par un profil structurel fortement différencié et par des différences régionales importantes, en analyse les facteurs, et en conclue que le processus de transformation de l'économie tchèque, marquée par la recherche d'un optimum économique et social (« trade-off »), se caractérise par des tendances contradictoires, notamment dans la structure du marché du travail au vue de la montée du chômage.
