Abstract

Social networks sites (SNS) are still perceived as an opportunity for firms and organisations from different perspectives: data collection, interaction with expert and customers communities, and relationship enhancement in general. Despite academic and managerial attention, there is still a need for in-depth knowledge of how to pilot more tightly such « tools ». This is also true for cultural organisations that encounter resources restrictions. The present piece of work is dedicated to one specific cultural event and its promotion on SNS, it attempts at developing piloting indicators. The results and limitations of the study are described as well as the future research avenues.
