Abstract

Développer la culture entrepreneuriale est aujourd'hui une idée largement répandue sur tous les continents. Certains parlent même « d'entrepreneurism » ou culture des environnements entrepreneuriaux (Barrow, 2004). Cependant au-delà de l'injonction, sa mise en œuvre est plus complexe et renvoie à un certain nombre de questions. Tout d'abord, qu'entend-on par culture entrepreneuriale et plus simplement entrepreneuriat ? Cette culture renvoie à des compétences, des capacités et des attitudes qu'il convient ensuite de clarifier et qui nous entraînent sur la voie de la pédagogie de l'entrepreneuriat. Enfin, quelques méthodes pédagogiques facilitantes pour développer cette culture entrepreneuriale seront proposées car elles semblent faire leurs preuves, pour in fine, donner envie d'agir !
