Abstract

Cet article est une contribution à l'étude du développement de l'administration électronique locale. Il montre l'importance du niveau local dans cette analyse, et se focalise donc sur l'étude des communes françaises. Après une revue de la littérature, il met en évidence des différences importantes dans les stratégies de déploiement des services d'administration électronique locale d'un échantillon de communes homogène en exploitant une base de données originale, et l'importance des caractéristiques socio-économiques dans la compréhension de ces différences.
