Abstract

Nous aborderons, avec les trois premiers articles de ce numéro, les enjeux de la mesure des emplois de l'aide à domicile tout en soulignant le risque d'une trappe à précarité et la difficulté à aborder les questions de santé au travail. Une seconde série d'articles portera sur le dialogue social dans le secteur et ses enjeux tant à l'échelle nationale qu'à celle des territoires. Avant de présenter de façon plus détaillée le contenu du numéro, revenons sur les principaux enjeux du syndicalisme dans l'aide à domicile, en pointant notamment les arguments qui font de l'aide à domicile un défi pour l'activité syndicale.
