Abstract

Le propos de cette intervention est de montrer de quelle manière les institutions du Welfare sont un enjeu clé des luttes qui se développent autour de la crise de la dette et contre les politiques d'austérité menées en son nom. Dans cette démarche, j'articulerai mon intervention en deux parties. Dans la première, je me propose de caractériser certains éléments souvent occultés qui contribuent à expliquer en même temps la nature de la crise actuelle du capitalisme et l'enjeu centrale que représentent les politiques d'expropriation des institutions du commun du Welfare. Dans la seconde, je mettrai en exergue la manière dont, autour des institutions du Welfare, la crise fait émerger l'alternative entre deux modèles de société et de régulation d'une économie fondée sur le savoir et sur sa diffusion.
