Abstract

Cet article présente le concept de coût-valeur des activités qui situe l'analyse de la création de valeur depuis l'entreprise jusqu'au niveau macro-économique. L'enjeu est de développer des stratégies de création de valeur d'entreprises et de répartition de cette valeur entre les parties prenantes internes et externes de l'entreprise, par opposition aux stratégies dominantes de réduction des coûts. Après la présentation du concept, la deuxième partie porte sur ses applications relatives aux indicateurs d'analyse de gestion et d'analyse du coût-valeur des activités stratégiques et opérationnelles de l'entreprise et présente des résultats sur la rentabilité élevée des investissements incorporels centrés sur le développement du potentiel humain.
