Abstract

Surcharge de travail, délais et temps trop courts de réalisation, pression de la hiérarchie, des clients, des autorités publiques conduisent le salarié à un état dépressif qui représente un risque pour lui-même, pour son entourage et pour l'entreprise qui l'emploie. Une santé fragile, une énergie qui décroît, une concentration qui se dilue,une faible considération, un manque de coopération et de confiance,des sensations de bien-être/mal être (Éthique), de plaisir/souffrance (Amour), de bonheur/malheur (Sagesse) et un engagement insuffisant (intelligence actionnelle/réactionnelle)sont autant d'indicateurs que les entreprises ne prennent pas en compte dans leurs tableaux de bord classiques numérisés et qui impactent pourtant de manière conséquente sur leur performance économique.
