L'Acteur Systemique Et La Stressformance : Pour Une Homeoformance ?

Abstract

Dans un environnement complexe où la compétition mondiale entre les acteurs de l'entreprise tend vers son apogée, la recherche de la performance atteint son paroxysme. Les ressources humaines doivent à la fois développer leurs compétences, améliorer le processus qui les y conduit et transcender leurs résultats. Les méthodes actuelles issues des nombreuses recherches en la matière conduisent à un échec certain dans la mesure où elles privilégient le résultat (culture du résultat) et le bilan (richesse accrue) et non pas l'harmonie, l'ordre (l'équilibre) naturel du monde. Une approche holistique, reliante et hiérarchisée permettrait-elle de remettre de l'ordre dans le chaos (crise systémique) actuel ? L'Homme est-il capable de se remettre en question au point d'éviter les guerres ancestrales qui " nettoient " ponctuellement les difficultés incontournables ? Le soldat/ressource humaine envoyé à la boucherie de la guerre économique est-il encore conscient de ses actes ?
