Abstract

En un contexto de creciente incertidumbre y cambios de relaciones de fuerza entre los distintos agentes económicos (stakeholders), consideramos que hay que replantear el análisis de equilibrio tradicional de claro foco histórico y alineamiento con la vieja Teoría de los Stockholders, con visión confrontativa con el resto de los agentes de interés y manteniendo "ocultas" las relaciones de equilibrio de éstos y los riesgos propios del escenario. Dado que "todo lo que se mantiene oculto no se gestiona" se proponen enfoques de visibilización para ayudar a diseñar nuevas soluciones, en particular "aggiornar" estrategias frente al riesgo, dado que las tradicionales (no gestionarlos, solicitando un repago acorde al riesgo asumido o externalizarlos) dejan de ser viables por tener un techo de aplicación y un efecto búmeran de mediano plazo. Sugerimos el desarrollo de modelos multidimensionales de equilibrio que consideren distintas estrategias de sustentabilidad con su correspondiente impacto en el costo económico asociado al riesgo, visibilizando estos efectos sobre el valor agregado o plusvalor, entendido desde una perspectiva de la Teoría de los Stakeholders.
