Abstract

De plus en plus, les managers de proximité sont sollicités par leurs Directions et leurs collaborateurs pour assumer un rôle de gestionnaire des ressources humaines. Dans cette communication, suite à notre recherche-intervention dans une organisation industrielle, nous analysons les apports d'un outil de gestion des ressources humaines, la grille de compétences et d'analyser en quoi elle aide le manager de proximité à piloter le potentiel humain de son équipe, et quelles influences elle a sur son rôle de pilote d'équipe.
