Abstract

La Responsabilité Sociale de l'Entreprise (RSE) ne relève pas seulement de la Direction et de la gouvernance mais aussi des managers de proximité. Nous proposons ici de nous pencher sur les rôles importants que jouent les managers de proximité dans la mise en œuvre de la RSE, en particulier au niveau de l'employabilité de leurs collaborateurs et de la qualité de leur insertion dans les équipes.
